Lenzdesign products require professional installation. If the product is damaged during unprofessional installation, we are not responsible for the refund.

Please, inspect your goods for transit damage before accepting delivery; we will not be responsible for the damage if the item is accepted unchecked as this void the insurance. If your item is damaged or defective upon receiving, you shouldn’t accept this product. It’s insurance case and we will pay for your return/exchange and be responsible to ship you new item.

You may return/exchange any unused products in new condition, but all return and cancellation shipping and handling fees will be on customer. After we receive the package, if product is in new condition, full refund of the product's selling price or sending new good will be issued.

Any returns and exchanges are possible only during 14 days since of receiving items.
